Our business
My family has lived in Detroit since the 1870's. My great great grandfather and his family ran a bakery in midtown Detroit, and I like to think it is my destiny to take up the family business after all these years. I learned to bake with my grandmother, baking cookies with her in her kitchen. I always loved food, and making food, and in 2012 I took the advice of a neighbor and went to culinary school. Since that time I have worked at honing my craft, and making food that everyone will love to eat.

Products
Our baked goods are made from the best flour available, King Arthur Flour. We use simple ingredients and nothing artificial or any preservatives. Our breads are hand made and given the time they need to rise and develop the best flavor possible. Our other baked goods are always a hit, and quickly disappear at any event where they are served.
We also do small to medium sized party and event catering. We customize each menu to our clients needs, and we do everything we can to make your party a success.
